one of my cats who lives indoors had 4 kittens, 3 of them died and 1 escaped outside. the kitten that escaped outside won't come back inside and won't let us go near him. even when he sees his mother he won't come near us. he stays outside of our house though because i have a couple of outdoor cats and so there is cat food on the front steps. but i want this kitten to come inside and reunite with its mother, how can i get it to come near us? (i've tried cat food/treats and nothing seems to be working)

  1. Grown up cats usually don't like hanging out with their moms.

  2. make a trap or rent/buy&return and put food inside, most hunting stores have something similar or be  creative and make your own closing door trap or something

  3. Maybe the cat likes it habitat the way it is and enjoys the outdoors. You know, some cats born outdoors are pretty much automatic outdoor cats ONLY and they aren't very friendly. Just leave the cat be for a while and maybe eventually it will come to you, but my best advice is to LEAVE IT BE!!!
