How can i change a bmp picture into a jpg?

i dont have a file converter were do i get one

or can i do it a different way

"You can open it in your Paint Program & then Save As jpg."

...But it will degrade the quality of the picture and make it grainy.

Enter the URL on the image or locate it on your computer through Browse. Then "Convert to" JPG and click Optimize.

If you can open your bmp picture file....then open it and click on "File" drop menu will appear..Click on "Save as"...then window for "Save as" will appear...Click on the bar below that says..."Photo Studio File"...then drop menu will appear...select and click on "JPG" File...then Click on "Save".....I hope this will do for you...Good Luck!!

You could open the picture in paint.  Then "save as" in jpg.
