How can i change my Nexon password?

I forgot my account info but everysingle one of it because i dont trust site so i lied except for email and the questions but i still have to put these in and i forgot how can i change the password withoutputting the account information?

I'm sorry, but you cant at ALL. Its very weird, but it is just that way. If you can, its news to me, but you might as well figure out a way to add more security, cause your stuck.
