YES YOU CHANGE BUT FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO DLELTE THE FIRST ONE....JUST FOLLOW THE PROCESS HERE.

SIGN IN TO MESSENGER

GO TO MESSENGER TOP OF THE WINDOW

GO TO PREFERENCES

GO TO GENERAL

AND SEE IN LAST <EDIT MOBILE DEVICE> CLICK IT

AND A NEW POP UP WINDOW WILL BE APPEAR....THERE YOU CAN UR REGISTERED NUMBER. NOW DELETE IT AND SAVE......NOW BACK TO THE <EDIT MOBILE DEVICE> ENTER THE NUMBER AND YOU WILL RECEIVE  A CODE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND NOW  YOU HAVE DONE THAT.

Click to open this site, then click <My Mobile> at the top right corner to do the deactivate
