How can i change my default wireless connection on my laptop?

every time i start on my windows vista on my toshiba laptop, it connects to the neighbors, which has hardly any signal strength, and i have to disconnect it and connect it to my home one. i juist want it to connect to my home one when i start it and not someone elses!

  1. Open "Manage Wireless Networks" by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, click on Network and Internet, click on Network and Sharing Center, and then, in the left pane, click on Manage wireless networks.

    Your saved wireless networks will be displayed. (these are the networks you have connected to in the past.)

    To change the order of connection just move the desired connection to the top of the list.  I would even say DELETE the neighbors connection and any others you do not use regularly.
