How can i change the color of my eyes in a photo?

I see it all the time in peoples photos, with the background grey and there eyes are enhance how can i do that with out buying a program in the internet?

You can do it with GIMP. Its a free download and a great editor. See links below for downloading GIMP and an eye color tutorial.
