How can i change the description on my Yahoo group?

To change the description on a Yahoo Group go to the "Management" section of your Group homepage and then look for a section in the upper right hand corner of the Yahoo Groups screen for your group that says, "Description and Appearance" and then click on that.

When the screen opens you will see information that says about Description of group.  There will be an "Edit" button next to that.  Click on that and it will take you to a screen that will allow you to change what the description of the group says.  After you make the change then click on "Save" and the new change will be in effect.

1. Go to the homepage of your group.

2. There is an "edit" button next to " description". Click on it.

3. A new page comes, click "edit" which is next to "description" again.

4. Change the things you wish to change.

5. Click on "save changes" at the bottom of the page (right-hand side).

when you log on, there is little test links within the top of the description area- Description  (Edit, Add Photo)  click edit- next page Description (Edit) <-- click edit when done changing yext, click save changes
