How can i change the menu layout on my nokia 6233?

i have the 5.10 firmware, and theres no menu settings anywhere in the phone menu, the current layout is scrolling through the things, but i want it like 9 icons on the screen like many other nokia phones ive seen

you should be able to download the user manual for this phone, go go onto the nokia homepage and you should be able to get directed from there
