  1. Liberty Mutual is the insurance company.  You need to find the original paperwork.  Your parents and/or the attorney may have this information for you.  If you know where the accident occurred, you can probably track down the court house where the "friendly suit" or court approval was filed.  There is no on line access.

I assume that your claim was placed into annuity.  Liberty Mutual, at least in the Northeast Division usually uses Galaher Settlements.  They are located in Boston, MA.

You can also call Liberty Mutual, and the adjuster should be able to retrieve some of the paperwork if you were a minor when this loss occurred.

  2. There are not enough details for me to fully help you. So with that apology, I will give you my best explanation.  There is a website that helps Liberty Mutual insurance customers with some policies, but it sounds like you received a settlement on somebody else's policy and that was at least a couple of years ago therefore, your chances of checking it online are slim and none.  Better use the phone for customer service at 1-800-837-5254.  Good luck.

  3. You can't do it on line, due to the privacy laws.
