How can i check to see if someone has a driving licence??

Just go through your purse or wallet or whatever then stop, laugh, pull out your license and be like "wow this picture is terrible" or something and show it to them. Then ask them what theirs looks like.

I have to agree with Pobrien, I have done it before and it works everytime!!!!  I didnt think anybody else did that too!!

Be straight and ask them outright.  If they say yes ask them to see it, if they wont allow it then you have to ask yourself why
