How can i clean blue ink spot from my pants ?

I have washed it but nuthing, the spot is still there.

if it was a little spot you could've used hair spray and then it would've washed out but try tide on the go.

Best removal method is Rubbing Alcohol, dab on until lightened or removed do not rub as this will cause the ink to spread, when ink is lightened dab on some undiluted White Vinegar until removed then wash as usual Good Luck !

next time you get a stain treat it with something before you wash. other wise it will set in the fabric and become almost impossible to get out

Alcohol takes out ink.  But it's still difficult to remove.  

On hairspray:  Yes, hairspray works, but it's because it contains ALCOHOL.  

I'd say get rid of the pants...

Hair spray, soak the spot in some cheap hairspray, if you already washed and dried the item, it may not work though.

Rub bleach on the spot.

I would try to bleach the spot, try not to get the bleach anywhere else. Then if you have a white spot, try to find a colored marker that matches the pants color. Then color in the spot to match. might not match perfect, but will be better than a big dark blue spot.
