How can i come across as cool and laid back, witout seeming boring and vague?

Some people say im really calm and kinda sarcastic which most think is cool; but sometimes those same people joke that i have no emotions and think im quite. How can i come across more like that "cool,confident,calm, and kinda charming" chick instead of a "boring vague quite shy" person who lacks emotion?

Well you seem alright to me, you should just be yourself.. you would you "fake" who you are? WHo cares what people think, theyre probably just too dumb to understand you anyways

It's all in the eyes. The eyes are what we notice when waiting for a response from someone. If that person appears distant, bored, or un-emotive, it's because that's what we are seeing in their eyes. Cool and confidant people make and hold eye contact. Charming adds a twinkle in the eye.

The easiest way to appear confidant through the eyes is to give appropriate contact and let those people know that you know EXACTLY what they mean or what they're thinking. (Learn this by faking it- of course you don't know exactly what they're thinking but if you make them believe you do...they will want you around - always.)It's good  practice in keeping eye contact. Also, learn to wink (very slightly) as this also let's others know that you're in on the joke or conversation without saying a word.

Just be yourself.

If "trying" to be cool and laid back is not you then people will see through you eventaully and see you as a phony.

Instead just be yourself even if your boring and vague because some people may find that very cool. You shouldnt give a darn what other people think about you.

Thats why james dean was cool. He didnt give a d**n if he was cool or not. He was just being himself.
