How can i competely uninstall sophos

Question

i ran the uninstaller but two things remain and won't budge. they are

sophos auto update and sophos antivirus.

Go to control panel, and click on add or remove programs, this should show you a list of all the programs you have installed on the computer. Find the programs you want to remove, and click on them. A "remove" should show up on the right. Click on that and it should be gone. You can remove any program with this method, but I don't know if you can on Vista.

Look in Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and remove the components if they are there, if not
