How can i complaint against mobile company ?i hv not received my mb from service center after subm. mb ?

i hv givem my mobile set to the service center ( fly MX230) on 1st Aug, they hv sent the set at the head office in delhi and committed to me that u will get your set back after repairing with in 10 days maximum. Till now i hv not get my set back and i dnt that where my set exactly is lying with. plz solve my problem as early as possible

Send a legal notice from a Lawyer to the service centre through Registered post or Courier and obtain the delivery receipt.  This will cost you a small amount but those people will be on their toes.
