How can i consume enough calories

i am going to start having to work out up to 4 times a day for different sports, and i need help getting calories. I am a pescaterian, and i have troubles keeping down food sometimes, any advice.

  1. Eat very calorie dense fatty fish like salmon and complex carbs like oatmeal.

    Also, walnuts not only have the highest amount of omega-3's of all nuts but pack alot of calories into a small handful.


  2. eat like a pig cakes , pies, milk shakes and all the other junk foods you can get in your mouth.

  3. Eat 3 hearty meals everyday and eat snacks in between meals.

  4. cake!

  5. Eat lots of rice and beans for both protein and carbohydrates for energy!
