For a noble cause we want to contact foreigners visiting, staying and working in mumbai.....can anyone sincerely suggest how can they be contacted........

Besides which Nationalities you are looking? for, and athe Purpose if you have any? any Age Limitations, or Gender etc a  feedback is needed to answer such Question  But in generaly  If you go towards Gateway of India,Chowpaty, or 5 Star Hotel amply available. with different  Foreigners of different nationality but the communication with them is a big ?.

any tourist place will have foreigners. u could also go to embassies.  hotels are also a place where u will find foreigners.
