How can i control my mind like sorcerous?

look , i know that there is something in our head and mind can control our mind and energy and send it or ... many of you don't know it , it's not problem but if someone knows , tell me or show me the way. i can control my mind and focus but i need a leader to control it like some powerful guys like RahbarZade that he can move my chair by focus in front of my eyes .( don't tell me go and learn from him, i lost him) TNX

It's called meditation, and all it takes is self-discipline.

You can start by making a conscious effort to spell, and use grammer and punctuation. (Not joking!)

You DON'T want a leader or a powerful guy to control it. That's how you end up drinking poisoned kool-aid in the hopes of flying off on the mother ship.

And you can't move chairs with your mind. It's really more about controlling your emotions in order to focus and direct your life towards the goals you want to acheive.
