It's generally not a "do-it-yourself" type of project.  Your local gas company has the components and a contract with a garage that has properly trained mechanics.  So you go to the gas company and they will make the arrangements.

In most countries it is illegal to fiddle with gas connections and components yourself unless you have a license.
