How can i convert .rar files to cso/iso files for my psp for completely free so side fees at all?

.rar files are archives, kind of like .zip files.  You need to open it, and extract the contents.  I would do that step and then see what you have from there.

you don't want to convert the .rar you want to unrar it using 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ it is totally free and it is great just install it and right click on the .rar file and click extract here then the iso or cso file will be there

sry but no vid... is easy tho... 1. extract rar file with winrar  2. download YACC  3. convert and compress iso to CSO

download and install winrar...uncompress the .rar file and You will have the cso/iso... absolutely no fee's at all

Use A PSP converter.... they are all completely free with no fees or charges at all... you install it and its good to go....
