as i dont have any girlfriend till now and now im planning to have one to share my feeling my happy and sad moments with some one who can understand me through my feelings

first of all you select some whom you like and feel that being near to her you feel comfortable. whenever you see her just greet her with a smile and when she starts responding by smiling then frankly tell her that you like her because of her such and such quality. you dare tell this even in the presence of her parents. You will c that she will also start liking you and feeling to be in your company as long as possible. But, beware, be always true and natural in yr behaviour. there should not be any show business. now u have a gf of yr choice.

i agree, u can't convince someone to be your gf, but you could at least talk to her, as in say hi to her, then start talking to her more, and more... and finally ask her out, if everything turns out ok....which might be kinda hard
