How can i convince MATTEL to create these super cool dolls!!?

whats a method i can do to present this kind of artwork & get mattel to create them as high quality dolls (with plastic clothes hair etc coming in 2 parts which magnetically come onto the doll i.e polly pocket quik-clik)

i think itd be a really neat thing....& how fast would they be able to create them if they do?

If this is not your own work and you have no connection to the making of these then there is really nothing you can do except campaign the idea to the originator of the idea or the subsequent owner.  This is the kind of porperty that you can only use with the permission of the owner in the way the owner dictates.  It's called intellectual Property and is protected by law.

Why on Earth would you want MATTEL to do it ? They make the worst dolls ever. Go to another toy company.
