How can i convince my dad to get me a trmapoline?? hes very stubborn and he says that they are too dangerous!

Tell him about nets.

You can get them to surround the trampoline so you can't jump off of them.

I've never had any problem with my trampoline (it doesn't have a net) but if he's worried about safety, definitely ask him about the net for it.

you won't Just having the insurance on one alone is very expensive. My brother gave one to my kids but since I live in a family home (that my parents own) my dad wouldn't let me put it up. He was too worried about possible lawsuits. You know the stupid ones that someone would file because they came on to your property, (without permission) and used it, fell off and borke their leg. My dad is very worried about lawsuits and since they own my house, i have to adbide by his rules. (he's pretty lienant about most things but some I can see his point)

Physiotherapists see more kids with neck and back injuries due to trampoline accidents than any other cause.

find a friend with a trampoline, go over as much as possible, fall off and break your leg

They have those fences around them that make them really safe.  You can't fly off on the ground.  Tell him you'll only have 2 people on it at a time and always take your shoes off before you get on.  Other than that, I can't think of anything else really dangerous about it.
