How can i convince my friend to do volleybal?

Tell her all the great things about volleyball. But if in the end your friend still isn't interested in volleyball, let it go. You can't make someone like a sport. It comes naturally. So don't push them if they don't wanna take up the amazing sport of volleyball.

you cant if they dont like it. It isny fair but if they do talk about all the fun stuff you do.

Well try telling her all the good things and how to play it first...and show her/him people who enjoy playing it and tell her how to play it safe too...lol ^_^

it's her choice really...

i randomly decided to play v-ball in 7th grade, and now i'm playing as a freshman in college, and all because i just randomly decided to try out one day in middle school, so let your friend make her own decision, but tell her she'll have lots of fun. I hope she's open to new ideas!  <3

One of the most convincing things you can say to someone: I really want to share this with you because I enjoy your friendship so much. If that doesn't work, she really does not like playing volleyball. Just find something else you both love doing together.

tell her volleyball really doesnt require running at all. i mean during practice and preseason and tryouts, but after that, if you're on a lower team, you don't run. you just do drills. the first few days are the hardest.
