How can i convince my mum?

how can i convince my mum to let me do my eyebrows there really bushy! and my mum says im too young. (i'm 12)

Tell your mom you are coming of age, and adulthood is around the corner.    Also, tell her you take pride in your appearance, and like to practice good grooming habits.  It will make a world of difference if you ask for her help with the first time you do it.  Let her be part of the experience, and she might be more willing to give in.

Grooming habits should never be an age issue.  Make-up, piercings, tattoos, ect.. should be a concern, but not this.
