  1. roast it with salt and pepper, comes out juicy!!

  2. you don't want it bbqed.  there are a thousand ways to cook chicken.

another person stated only cook 10 - 15 min.  If you want it raw.  yes... but it needs to be cooked at least 30 min.

Add some lemon pepper powder, or do it like me,  1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, 2 teaspoon pepper.  mix the liquids all together, soak the chicken in it for about an hour, then bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes

    2.  Spread with margarine or lightly coat in oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning bake 350 for 45 min.

    3.  combine 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pinch of cinnamon, in a plastic 1 gallon ziplock bag.  shake well.

          add the chicken and shake.

preheat skillet using 1 dip crisco and 2 cups oil you want it to be hot, but not burning.  turn grease down to med-low, and slowly add breaded chicken to the grease.

cook on each side till brown, cover, and  cook on low for about 25 minutes.

    4.  boil the chicken, cut into pieces, and make dumplings

use the same mixture of flour from above, add broth from chicken till it looks liek biscuit dough. maybe a little thinner.  turn broth down to med and drop dumpling mix in by teaspoonfuls.  cook for aobut 10 min or until the dumplings are done.  Test after 5 minutes of cooking.

You ask why cinnamon and chili powder?  Cinnamon just gives it a light kick.  It only takes about 1/8 of a teaspoon.  chili powder gives it a little flavor also.  you wan to use about 1/2 teaspoon of that.

    good luck.

  3. flavor it with your favorite seasoning and bake it at 350F until the juices run clear, easy to make!

  5. Here are a few E-Z recipes you might want to try. Good Luck & enjoy.

    COLA CHICKEN

    (And more variations of recipe)

    4 skinless, boneless chicken b*****s

    1 cup catsup

1 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.

Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.

(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from sticking to pan)

Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce

becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of

chicken....wings...would be ideal...add some hot sauce....presto "Hot Wings"!

I have used Ribs, just as good.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'....was equally

    as good...served over rice.

I found another variation.....omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety).

I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup....not).

You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up....wouldn't you??

Well...while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

using Salsa.....I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my

husband...(just proves...I can't do two things at once)....mixed Salsa & Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) & Cola........still turned out really tasty (to me)...might be a little sweeter than some of you like.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)

but...I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

Finally....!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken......that's good , too.

Another (bright)idea.....I thought of trying......replace the

catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce...and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp.....!

Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce......eh...wasn't all that

    great...was OK...probably won't be fixing it again.

Also tried beef stew cuts......that was pretty good.....I can see

    myself making this again.

Served both over rice.....think the stew cuts would have been just as

    good over noodles.

Try little cocktail wieners/sausages…for appetizers. (Maybe…Vienna Sausages?)

    Pork chops…pork steak.

    Mushroom Chicken

4 boneless/skinless chicken breast (or any pieces you like)

1 can cream of mushroom soup.

    1 can water

Place chicken in crock pot (or sauce pan for stove top cooking)

mix soup & 1 can of water together

    pour over chicken

cook on medium heat until boiling then reduce heat and cook until chicken is really tender & falling apart.

Serve over noodles or rice or dressing....or???

  6. When you cook chicken or any kind of meat on a high heat, the muscles in the meat clench up (like if you put your hand in a fist) and the meat is rubbery and tough. The object is to cook it at a lower temperature so the muscles in the meat relax. That's also why you don't "boil" it but you can simmer it.

. Chicken b*****s (which are probably chicken breast halves - boneless? skinless?) take only 10-15 minutes to cook depending on how you cook it.

Put your chicken in a pan with some water or soup or some liquid mixture (You can even use the juice from a can of fruit) - that will keep it moist while it cooks - but again, keep the temperature down - more like 350º - no higher than 400º for the 10-15 minutes.

I have cooked the chicken in a skillet, gently browned it on both sides in butter, then added the juice from the can of fruit, and finished cooking the chicken in the broth. Don't boil it - just let it simmer for about 7-10 minutes after it's been browned - when you use chicken breast.

    good luck!

  7. uh yea

  8. Baked Chicken Breast:

Whisk up a couple of eggs in a bowl and have another bowl with bread crumbs in it. Dip the chicken in eggs and then in the crumbs and bake.
