How can i cover the bonds in my fusion extensions??

they're everywhere. i dont have enough hair and it's not long enough to cover the bonds you can see them and it looks soo fake.. i have been crying.. i want long thick hair but because of the meds im on my hair fell out and it wont grow back..

help me cover these bonds pleasee?
