How can i create a video for youtube?

Question

What i want to do is use a clip from sweeney todd and put sound over it! How can i do this?? How do i get the video and how do i then edit voice over it?

I have an account but never post my own videos cause i have no idea how to!

you can buy the DVD or download the movie from the internet and then cut the parts you like using windows movie maker and put them in the order you want them. It also lets you add the audio file you want to put on the clip. Then you save the project and add it on youtube.
