if u gonna put it on tv some kinda permit and its vary complicated if u do a website my advice get a professional

First set up a youtube.com website so you can upload videos. then make a website for yourself, then put a bunch of cool graphics, wall paper, etc on it plus the videos and whatever else you want. Just make it really cool or no one will check it out.
