How can i create a yahoogroup with existing yahoogroups as members?

the only way i could think of would be to directly add them as email addresses (an option at the bottom if you click on 'invite')

otherwise, as an owner/moderator you could add the yahoogroups owner email address to your yahoo profile, and use that as your preferred email address

a Yahoo 'group' as a whole cannot be a member of another yahoo group. you can not 'add' a group either, yahoo will have an error message invalid address.

create your new group then email the members telling them about the new group and that you plan to close the original group.
