Maybe you should consider doing a team building experience. I work for a retail company that posed the same question and their solution was something completely random and out of the ordinary. We did the jet boat of sydney harbour. It was different and irrelevant to our work environment but was great for team building. I dunno, check it out if it sounds appealing.
