  1. Are you sure it's a bladder infection? It could possibly be a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection, as well. I'd say you can try taking cranberry pills and using a store bought yeast infection medication, but infection = bacteria, which means that in order to seriously cure it, you'd need antibiotics, which can't be purchased over the counter.

I know you're adamant about not going to the doctor, but I'd think again.Try maybe finding a free/low-cost clinic (most cities/counties have them). Any sort of home remedy can also exacerbate the problem if they aren't followed exactly to plan, and many only work in the short-term, not the long-term. Also, infections of any sort aren't something to play around with. They can cause serious damage if left untreated.

  2. I understand you don't have any money, so drinking a lot of water, and 100% cranberry juice, is your best option for now. But if the symptoms get worse, like the burning, or if you have pink urine, please at least try to see a doctor. Urinary tract infections and bladder infections can become very dangerous if they don't get treated (the infection can travel from the bladder up the ureters and into the kidneys, at which point it is very very serious)

  3. Drink cranberry juice! It will really help and also take some vitamin C if you can. Also, continue to drink as much water as you can to keep yourself "flushed out" and urinating often.

  4. Lots of water and lots of cranberry juice not cran cocktail.

  5. Rest & eat healthy. Drink plenty of water.

Once upon a time we managed to be able to fight off infection without any help from doctors/witch doctors or medicine man...true the waekest didn't survive but it's your life :)

  6. I know you don't have any money, but that is not a reason to not get medical care. Many people don't realize how easily infections can kill you. Before antibiotics many died from common infections, even from toothache type infections!

Most states and counties have a county walk in clinic or a hospital. You can't pay the bill... big deal. The county walk in clinic normally has a sliding scale and you make arrangements to make payments. Many states have a state hospital or a university hopsital that won't enforce the payment on the spot issue. Let them bill you. If you pay it, you pay it. If not, oh well. Have you paid taxes ever? Think of it as a minor pay back to what you've put in. Know how many illegals use our medical hospitals and never pay a penny? They can't even be found most of the time afterwards.

If you have a family doctor you have one other option. Call in and explain you have a bladder infection, explain you are broke and cannot afford to come in. Ask if they can give you a prescription anyway. Take it to walmart, many antibiotics are only 7 dollars there now or less. Many states still take back cans and you can dumpster dive to come up with 7 bucks worth, i've done it long ago... it's not that horrible.

Get an antibiotic, don't die becasue you can't afford to live.

  7. go to the doctor if they say no tell them this is discrimination against poor people
