  1. Tinea Pedis is a fungal infection that thrives in an environment of warmth and dampness.  It is the most common fungal infection of the skin.

    First you'll need to improve your diet.  Eat lots of all kinds of fruits and vegetables.  Include raw vegetables.  Inclusive of your vegetables should be Irish potatoes (cooked in skin), celery, parsley, and broccoli.

    If you have access to Aloe Vera, do this:

    Wash a leaf

    Peal it and dice the gel into a container

    Add about 2 quarts of water and allow to soak for at least 4 hours before using it.

    Drink a glass 2 times per day for about a week.  Break for 2 days then repeat if necessary. (Be sure to dispose of the skin.  The skin is very bitter)

    Be sure to have 8 - 10 glasses of water per day.  This will speed up circulation of the aloe.

    Keep your feet as dry as possible.

  2. Here's the weird answer.....Vicks Vaporub.  I don't know why it works on fungus but it does.  Clotramozole from Kroger/Ralphs/Walmart works wonders too.  Buy the generic first before you go to a doctor, or even try the Vicks.

    Minor infections may go away on their own or with home treatment measures. These include:

    * A fungal infection (athlete's foot).

    * A viral infection from a plantar wart wound.

    More serious infections should be evaluated by your health professional. These include:

    * Skin infection (cellulitis).

    * A pus-filled pocket (abscess) just under the skin surface or deep in tissue

  4. You should probably go to the doctor to. The will be able to give you something to clear it up faster than anything you could buy over the counter.
