How can i custom paint my socks?

I want to paint a grey and red design on my socks any ideas? and what types of material so it will last long? is it even possible?

Use Folk Art Fabric paint ( there is a small tee shirt on the lid so you know your buying the right paint ), you can but it at Michael's ;)))

craft and hobby shop ask for  paints for shirts  you can paint  anything you wnat on clothes with teh right hobby paints
