  1. I really hate when people are lazy. Unless you have some kind of physical problem, then there is no reason on why you shouldn't exercise. Being inactive is going to take you down a bad road. It will tone and sculpt you, you'll lose weight quicker and be more healthy.


  2. go on a diet and stick to it. Don't cheat.

    If you wish you could use some fat burners such as xenadrine or any other brand, but with ephedrine (its banned though) but it works, but if your going to take it make sure that you burn it otherwise you won't sleep when its bedtime.

  4. I'm afraid that exercise (even light) may be the only way. Try just walking fast in a straight path (like on the street or in a mall).

  5. it's really difficult honey without exercise,but if you stop eating rice that gonna be work.

    Cut out all junk foods and eat more fruits and veggies.  

    Try eating some soup instead of a big meal.

    Eat only when you're hungry.

    Take a multi-vitamin.

    You need to exercise if you want to lose weight quickly.
