How can i cut videos in half????

i need software that will cut a video in 2parts or 3 so i can upload it on you tube except for windows movie maker

if you want to upload it on youtube, then your video must be flv format. you can use Nideaoft video converter to convert it to flv format and during the conversion you can cut it into several parts.
