How can i deal with my anger and frustration?

I think i have anger issues...im sitting at my computer and my brother has been eating for like an hour now...he is driving me INSANE. His chewing is making me so angry. And i cant stand it. The sound of him eating, or l*****g his spoon, or scraping the spoon over the bowl..idk its making me really mad. I just want to scream! and everytime i think he is done eating..he goes and gets more food!!! so i have to listen to more of his chewing and eating!!!

is it strange to get so mad at these things??

what can to so to chill out?..im seriously holding myself back from yelling at him right now..even thought theres really nothing to yell at him for

  1. Thats happens to me all the time. Its kind of a relief to know im not the only one.

    as long as you brother isnt doing it on purpose you shouldnt be mad at him, maybe just walk away, but if he is, well its not really healthy for him to eat so much is it?

    my brother used to do it on purpose cuz he knew that bugged the h**l out of me but hey look at him now hes fat and im not(that reminds me of family guy)!

    You could try telling him that it bothers you to hear people eat and ask him next time to please sit some where else, but be careful cuz he'll find out and maybe use it against you in the future, thats what happened to me but i didnt have a good relationship with my brother in the first place.

    If your brothers nice and he cares about you im sure he would move somewhere else, but if you can maybe try to move your computer some where more quieter.


  2. what you are descibing is perfectly normal really...I would be wanting to smack someone too, if they were doing this to keep me from concentrating..I would simply ask him,'could you please leave until you finish eating, it is really annoying. ?"...lol...and if he continues...go tell on him ..sounds like he is doing it to aggravate you..but then again, he might not realize, it is bothering you...OR PUT superglue in his gum.

  3. lol...listen to music, or find a hobby to do when hes around you and eating. so, when you feel you are getting angry, leave the room he is in, find something to do, or go out with friends.
