How can i decorate a fold out chair for a girl?

Get some really cute upholstery fabric (or something heavy like that) that has wild flowers that you can cut out and hot glue on the chair. It wouldn't take but a small piece of fabric to cut out a couple of designs.  Glue one or two to the front and back of the chair. Then trace out her name in coordinating fabric and hot glue it on there, as well.

have you ever heard of slip covering chairs? you take a length of fabric some pony tail bands and ribbons.

drape the fabric over the chair, use the pony tail bands to secure it on the legs, and tie ribbons on where the seat and back meet. you could also if this is what I think it is, tie another ribbon on the fold up or down part of the chair.

Are you trying to impress her?  Maybe unfold the chair and put in a handpicked bunch of wildflowers or a store bought dozen of carnations.  Something not to over the top... unless you really really are trying to impress her...then tie a ring to the armrest, and a little card for her saying something like....My heart unfolds for you...and Id like to let you sit next to me for all the movies of the rest of our lives?>!
