  1. Make a mosaic out of squares of colored paper.  Decorate the walls with purple or dark red bunting.  Have a bunch of candles or oil lamps, and pieces of bronze work (or plastic that's supposed to look like bronze), especially sculptures or weapon replicas.

  2. Hang TOGAS from Victoria's Secret stores.

  3. That's a pretty ecelectic menu for an Ancient Greece theme ... fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables???  .....  If there are posts in the room, you can get sheets of white corrugated posterboard and wrap the posts, to look like Greek columns.  Maybe attache some garlands of artificial grape leaves, and grape bunches to the columns ......TOGA attire

  4. find a white blanket and tie it around one of your arms and let it hang down like a dress

  5. Styrofoam pillars, sheets (white, dark red, gold) hung along the walls like tapestry, daybeds for chairs, (I am guessing the skylight hall since you did not specify WHICH hall). Check with your $.99 stores or DollarTree, if you're in the USA.
