How can i decorate my western saddle?

i have 2 western saddles, 1 show saddle and 1 work saddle, i want to decorate my work saddle, i already have like a barrel racing cross, on it, and basic aluminum stirrups, what else can i put on it to make it look a little less ...boring... it doesnt have any silver on it, though, so if you have any suggestions, please answer!!! thx

You can put silver conchos on it it will not hurt the leather in any way ..

and change the stirrups to leahter ones and pot a bit of silver on them

maybe put a little glitter on it? but before you buy any products for it make sure it won't ruin the leather

I suppose there is no limit to the expense you can go to dress up a western saddle with custom leather stamping and all sorts of sparkling bling like hand carved sterling silver and silver or nickle plated horn and cantle caps and an endless array of conchos, decorative straight plates and corner plates, some with the likes of turquoise settings or even precious gemstone settings like ruby, emerald, and pearl, and there are all sorts of burnished art, decorative script, and hand carved silver inlays for the stirrups. I know a guy in Wichita Falls who owns a rodeo parade saddle he had dressed up with so much precious sparkling bling, bridle and breastgirth as well, that the value of the gemstones alone is worth more than $100,000. Gals swoon with bright-eyed rapture at the sight of it but if I had $100,000 to spend it certainly wouldn't be on expensive bling and gemstones to dress up a saddle. So there is probably little limit to what you can do to dress it up but if it is your work saddle I suggest you keep it conservative and don't get too gaudy with the silver bling, maybe just some conchos, strings, and some decorative plates and corner plates. I hope you have the skill to do it without s******g up a good quality work saddle.

I would leave it...you don't want to ruin your leather so unless you are taking it to a pro i would just Bling up my saddle blanket and get some flashy boots and show clothes.
