I have two suggestions.

The first is to put some kind of 'trust' icon on the page http://www.seo-blog.com/conversion-credi... which is very important on ecommerce websites.

The second is to play around with the layout of the home page using A/B split testing with Google's Website Optimizer http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/an...
