How can i delete a program in my documents when it tells me it is running in another program?

I am trying to delete a program in my documents and it tells me I cant cause i is running in another program

some times it happens because

you have the document open

so you need to close all windows you have

opened in order to delete the program

so if the program is open you need to close it down!!

before deleting it!!

The program that's using the file is not always apparent.  There is a utility called unlocker that will allow you to delete it.
