How can i delete mt photos on "my photos" on the left side of the page in my account?. instant.?

i sent very privet mail for specipic friend, and i was amazed to see my photo when i click on "my photos". i really afraid somebody can see just, like i can see somebody ells pic. i want to delet them immidiatly and failed to do so.

My Attachments/My Photos were created from the email you either sent or received or in folders. So delete the email. If they are still there after you delete the mail then go to My Photos /My Attachments,and click Message View then click the box next to the pic then delete. You can also scroll down and click Check all then delete the entire page, hope this helps.
