How can i delete my whole in bin?

go to your inbox...hold down your shift and down arrow, this will highlight everything, next you can either right click and delete or from our toolbar select "delete"

If you're talking about in your email, you have to do it page by page. Check the box at the top or the bottom of the page that says "Select All" then scroll down on the bottom of the page and click "delete" Do to each page of email until its gone. If i'm completely wrong about what your "in bin" is, sorry =)
