  1. These temporary internet files are unnecessary and will not cause any harm if deleted. In fact it is a good habit to delete these unwanted files regularly. To delete these files right click on the Internet Explorer Icon on your desktop. If you are running IE 6 then click on Delete Cookies & Delete Files. If you are running IE 7 just click on delete and all these unwanted files will be deleted.

    1.click "start"

    2.click "run"

    3.type "prefetch" command

    4.click "ok"

    5.then select all temporary files and

    6.click "shift"+"delete" buttons
