How can i delink my mobile device from my Yahoo messenger account?

i have my mobile device linked with my yahoo messenger account.

Whenever i signout of yahoo messenger,a message appears saying that i will be automatically signed in from my mobile device.how can i stop this?? i want to remove the linkage between my mobile and my yahoo messenger account. Please help me to do so....... i will be very thankful if u write an answer to my question......please its very urgent..........

Its simple.Just log in to your messenger id then click on the 'messenger' tab on the top.Then Click on 'preferences'.

Then,click on 'edit mobile device'which is at the bottom.

A page will appear.

There will be an option saying 'delete'

click on that.

And it will be delinked.
