I think you'll find it's fireworks and flash. No, you don't have to use code. Animation is all created on a timeline in flash. You can animate in fireworks but its not designed for that. Try to find some tutorials for motion tweens in flash to learn the basics. Another idea if your an absolute beginer is to create your animation in power point then download an add on called ispring which has a free version and will convert your power point presentation into a flash movie. This way is quick, easy and quite effective.
