Well its really easy..just go down to Coal City by using the Ferry, from there your gonna have to go to the local gym, in the 3rd floor of that gym your gonna find a man named Fujita, he will give you the key to secret passageway..this is the random door that is located next to Ken-li's house (you should know where that is).  This door will take you into Mack's underground liar, where for a small fee you can customize your pokemons look.  Hope this works
