Start with liking yourself.  If you dont like yourself how can anyone else.

Chill out a bit, get a sense of humour, look on the positive side of things rather than the negative and try to imagine what the other person is thinking.

Being a good listener, rather than a talker always attracts others.

Being a giver is best, do something for someone else it makes you feel so good.

A big smile goes such a long way and a kind thought to others works wonders.

Offering help and friendship with a fun attitude towards life makes a difference.

Join a Drama group, these people can be fun and take you out of yourself.  You do not need to act on the stage you could be a helper at the backstage, and you would be made welcome.  Whats more it is such a good laugh.

Laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone.
