u need a modem that support urs isp or telephone company  but in these days  phone comes with inbuilt modems u just need to connect with an two pair rj-11 cable if ur having no inbuilt modem  u need to go at computer shop and ask for  external modem connect it on pci slots of urs pc but if u have inbuilt modem u need to have serial it depends on the phone ur using   and call urs company for making an dial-up connection according to their settings for dial-up connection

But i wold say to u  that it is better u  to call urs telephone company to get details
