  1. If you are being abused you need to report the abuse in order to get help.

you can request to stay with a parent of friends but you are a minor and authorities will need to verify it is not your bf

  2. Tell somebody you know and trust, like you're friend's mom and ask her what to do in this situation, and for sure she'd help you.

  3. You didn't mention what state you live in. You can take your parents to court and not live with them but you will have to pay the filing fee which is about 150.00. You will have to have an place to live and a job to take care of yourself. Most cases fail. The other possible choice is to live with relatives. If CPS gets involved you could be put in an foster home.

  4. Just call the police and/or child welfare/social services and they will investigate and place you into Foster Care - if warranted.

  5. Contact a child agency and ask for an advocate.

  6. If your parents won't let you get out willingly, call CYS. Don't worry about getting them divorced unless your mom is getting abused too, then talk to her and tell her that she needs to get out.

Worry about yourself first, live with your friend and if they say no, take it into legal hands, cys
