yes, i would like to divorce my parents because i have been abused & i really need to get out . & i have a safe place to live with my friend . I'm 15 years young .

If you are being abused you need to report the abuse in order to get help.

you can request to stay with a parent of friends but you are a minor and authorities will need to verify it is not your bf

You didn't mention what state you live in. You can take your parents to court and not live with them but you will have to pay the filing fee which is about 150.00. You will have to have an place to live and a job to take care of yourself. Most cases fail. The other possible choice is to live with relatives.
